Pricing starting at $349,000. Choose from one bedrooms, two bedrooms and penthouses. Some of the two bedrooms are set up as “lock-offs”, so that you can use the suite as a two bedroom or as a one bedroom or studio with the other part of the suite remaining in the rental pool for revenue while you are using a part of your suite. Regardless of which suite you choose, the floor plans have been carefully considered to take full advantage of spectacular views and natural light, maximize space and make every square foot really count.
One Bedrooms: 608 sq. ft. to 625 sq. ft.
Two Bedrooms: 760 sq. ft. to 1105 sq. ft.
