The Comox Bay Resort is being developed by Comox Bay Land Investments Ltd., a Vancouver-based company. The owners of Comox Bay Land Investments Ltd. have been involved in numerous real estate projects in British Columbia and Alberta, including most recently, the construction of The Oswego boutique hotel in Victoria (www.oswegovictoria.com).
